Eddy Janssen

Eddy founded Ideas@Work in 2000. He has over 20 years of experience in process improvement projects, both as a consultant and as an internal practitioner. Before starting Ideas@Work, he worked as an internal management consultant at Generale Bank and Fortis, as a business consultant for the international consulting organization Cap Gemini (before Volmac), as an ICT manager for the food distribution company Albada Jelgersma.
His expertise includes Strategy Development, Business Process Management (including Governance, Process Improvement and Performance Management) and Project/Programme Management, with an important emphasis on Change Management.
He developed and facilitated many management workshops (including initiating Operational Excellence and BPM Governance), training curricula around BPM methodology and techniques (including Lean and Six Sigma) and Project Management.
Eddy holds a degree in Information Management and Economics and graduated as a Master in Business Adminstration in 1989.
He is guest teacher at Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School, Kluwer, SAI and at the Union Wallone des Entreprises management education program.

Jan Stinissen

Jan is one of the founders of Ideas@Work. Prior to the start-up of Ideas@Work in 2000, he worked in the IT industry. He started as an IT-architect in several large business critical systems development projects in several domains and industries (Finance & Insurance, Distribution, Product Development). Later on he specialised in Project and Programme Management of large scale projects.
He held several management positions in the IT service industry and the consumer electronics industry. He specialised in IT process management with the implementation of CMM (sponsor of several level 2 and level 3 implementation projects), ITIL, Cobit and later on in the area of Business – IT alignement. Within Ideas@Work Jan has applied several methods and best practices in operational excellence projects in the Finance, Insurance, Service industry (BPM, Lean, Project Management).
Jan is also responsible for the Business Process Automation service offering and the business – IT alignement projects.
Jan holds a master degree in computer science and a master in Business Administration.

Olivier De Boeck

Olivier is a member of the Ideas@Work management team since 2002 and is currently responsible for managing the daily operations. He also assumes a wide variety of coaching and training assignments.
After having worked for 2 years at KBC Group as an international project manager (Central and Western Europe), Olivier joined Ideas@Work as a business consultant in October 2000.
He managed several operational excellence projects in numerous industries and domains (Finance & Insurance, Distribution, Telecom, Public entities, HR, ...).
His expertise includes Strategy Deployment, Business Process Governance/Improvement (including BPM, Lean, Six Sigma) and Project and Programme Management, with a specific knowledge in Performance Management.
Olivier holds a Master's degree in European Law, and has completed several Executive Management programs (a.o. Master in Business Administration at Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School, Belgium).

Pieter-Jan Pattyn

Pieter-Jan is part of the Ideas@Work management team since 2007. Prior to joining Ideas@Work as a senior business consultant in 2004, he was a management consultant and project manager in operational performance and supply chain management programmes in Utilities, Petrochemical, Natural Resources and Banking industries.
Within Ideas@Work, Pieter-Jan’s main area of activity is within the Financial and Public service industries. His expertise includes Organisational Transformations, Operational Performance Improvement strategies, Process Governance, Business Process Improvement methods (incl. Lean, Six Sigma), Portfolio Management, Programme Management. He has built up extensive practical experience in putting these strategies and methods into practice as portfolio manager, programme manager, trainer, coach and method expert.
