Description
“The Challenge of EgyptTM” is a business simulation during which 8 to 12 participants are confronted with the essence of Project Management. It consists of a maximum of 4 rounds.

We take you back to ancient Egypt where we simulate the building process of a pyramid. You will experience the effectivity of available project management "instruments".
All participants have a specific role within the simulation. The Project team receives the mission to build a pyramid within a certain time limit.
During the simulation, several "events" (e.g. epidemics, war, ...) will force the participants to react and communicate.
At the end of each round, the progress and approach is discussed, and participants will share their experiences. At the end, when the pyramid is built, there is a project evaluation, and learning points are brought forward.
